Fitness influencer and model Ashy Bines has sold her sprawling Gold Coast mansion for a hefty price tag.
On Thursday, confirmed her luxury Broadbeach Waters property was officially off the market, after it first went to auction five months ago in August.
According to the publication, the jaw-dropping home sold last week for a cool $2.2 million – over $200,000 more than what she paid for it six years prior.

The house – which features a pool, cinema and built-in aquarium – was previously listed at $2.495 million, after failing to sell under the hammer.
It was also briefly listed as a rental property, in which a bond of $10,000 and weekly rent of $2,500 were advertised.

At 804 square metres, the spacious home has six bedrooms and six bathrooms, including a master suite complete with a walk-in wardrobe, en-suite and outdoor shower.
There are two more master bedrooms that can be used as guest rooms as well as three smaller children’s rooms.
